This is how 5 Bite Diet Works

Why is the “5 bite diet” so popular among people who want to lose weight?
It is because it’s the only diet that gives results from day 2.

The five bite diet is easy to follow, almost anyone can follow this diet and that is why thousands of people used it and still using it, with great results from day two.
The only disadvantage this diet has is that you can do it for just two weeks and then you need to have one week rest, which is highly recommended. After the resting week, you can start again with 2 weeks of 5 bite diet.

The 5 bite diet puts your body into a temporary starvation slashed fasting mode, it’s only temporary, meaning you can only do it for two weeks with one week rest and it’s comparable to the 400 daily calorie diet.

For this diet, you have to go and purchase a good multivitamin, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, and you have to create your own meal plans and you also have to go to the grocery shop to prepare for this diet.

5 Bite Diet Rules:
– you can eat whatever you want, but only 5 bites. ( 5 bites from your breakfast, 5 bites from lunch and 5 bites from dinner ).
– take one multi-vitamin every day.
– take your Omega 3 every day.
– you can drink how much you want, but drinks should not contain calories.

Breakfast
In the morning start your day with a large of black coffee, your multivitamin, Omega 3 and five bites of your choosing.

Lunch
Same goes for lunch, beverage of your choice but with no calories, your multivitamin, Omega 3, 5 bites of lunch of your choice and if you feel light headed choose high-calorie foods or eat Snickers bars for the first couple of days.

Dinner
For dinner, the same thing it goes, drink your multivitamin, Omega 3 and five bites of the dinner of your choice. Eat as early as possible in the evening so that you maintain the starvation mode longer throughout the night.

Snack and beverages
You can have 2 snacks of your choice throughout the day, but no more than 2 bites per snack per day.
You can have unlimited beverages if they don’t have any calories in them.
Tip:
Place lemon wedges into the water and drink it for a detoxifying effect.

Use this diet if you want to see great results from day two. You can lose up to 12-15 pounds in the first two weeks using this diet.

This diet’s not for those who suffer from any sort of medical conditions and always consult your doctor before starting and stopping any diet or exercise regiment.
