How to stay awake during the day
If you are not a Monday person, and you feel sleepy all day long, maybe because you didn’t sleep well the night before, or didn’t get enough sleep, and you don’t want to feel sleepy and yawn all day, follow these simple ancient Chinese methods that will help you wake up in the morning and stay more awake all day.
These methods are perfect for stimulating your body, to boost your productivity, but also helps cure dizziness, headaches and even heart problems.
These methods are all about pressure points:
Pressure Point 1:
There is a pressure point right on your temples. You need to press in those two spots with your fingers five times and each time 3 to 5 seconds. You can also do the anti-clockwise or clockwise motion.
This not only helps to wake you up but it’s also helpful for headaches and back pain.
Pressure Point 2:
This pressure point is right behind your neck and for this one, instead of using your fingers you’re going to use your thumb and wrap the rest of your fingers over your head. For this point your press five times and each time 3 to 5 seconds.
Pressure Point 3:
This one is on your hand. This spot is right bellow your wrist. Press there firmly 5 times and each time 3-5 seconds. This point helps more than waking you up it also helps dizziness and heart aches. For this point, you can use your thumb and your index finger.
If you press this pressure points hard enough you will be wide awake.
