I know that are a lot of girls out there during PMS times and your period you get intense pains, cramps, mood swings like getting irritated at most random things or depressed. As a disclaimer, if you have heavy blood flow you should skip the step because before it does stimulate blood circulation so it might actually increase the flow which you want to avoid, but there’s a food that you can eat, and it does work, it’s chocolate. It does help, but I don’t really recommend it because eating excessive chocolate does make you fat and you don’t want to feel better but look horrible.
